- Working with the insurance companies to assure providers are par.
- CAQH
- Collaborating with the Medical Staff Manager.
- Assist with credentialing providers at multiple facilities
- Handle inquiries from providers and assure timely response and resolution.
- Working with the Medical Staff Department with projects as they arise.
- Provide other duties as assigned.
- Hospital experience preferred.
- Credentialing experience required.
- Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing process.
- Must be able to successfully prioritize work and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to research and analyze data
- Highly organized
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both with internal and external contacts.
- Dependable and reliable
- Hearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person and over the telephone.
- Speaking: Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
- Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
