As the Transformation Leader for Client Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the perception of BTG clients to "TCS is my Trusted Transformation Partner" by driving frameworks and programs that will guide BTG account teams in improving their understanding of Growth and Transformation capabilities, client relationships and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
The Initiative Lead is responsible for driving the objective of the Client Engagement Initiative
Collaborate with all responsible, accountable, and contributing teams to define and develop the strategy, plan and timeline of the initiative
Expected to keep governance and steering team informed of initiative progress and of any challenges
Develop, monitor and analyze initiative success metrics


Qualifications:

Proven success in program management including program definition, program success definition, program planning, program milestone report, executive communications, team leadership, etc.

Should have strong interest and demonstrated capabilities in developing client relationships
Strongly desire experience with managing client relationships at a director level or higher in a client's organization
A minimum of thirteen (13) years prior business consulting or equivalent industry experience
Experience working with multi-national companies in multi-cultural environments is a plus
Experience in working in cross functional teams is required
Willingness/ability to travel when needed for events and/or strategic meetings
Strong preference given to candidates located in New York and Atlant
