    High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferredLicensure/Certification:Valid drivers license and auto insuranceQualifications:Excel in dynamic environments.

    Strong customer service focus, excellent time management, and communication skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Social Media Platforms, and email applicationsOrganizational and interpersonal skillsCurrent, valid driver's license meeting KVC insurance requirementsWillingness to travel statewide with overnight staysExperience:1+ years experience in fundraising or volunteerismMeeting and building relationships with new individuals

    Preferred Experience:
    Experience in Raisers Edge or other Fundraising and Donor Management SoftwareExperience in marketing, development, or office management

    Essential Duties:

    Develop and manage an in-kind giving program for KVC clients and staff, seeking donated items to support children and familiesEstablish and maintain a volunteer program for special events and organizational needsMaintain database systems for fundraising recordsProcess donations and acknowledgmentsCoordinate gift requests, including research and preparationBuild and maintain relationships with volunteers and staffSupport donor cultivation and stewardship through communicationAssist at special events, volunteer activities, and agency functions as needed.
