Trauma Surgeon to join a team of general surgeons who take call for the trauma program.

Currently an ACS verified Level III and New York State designated trauma program with the ambition to become a Level II trauma center.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate of a trauma-surgical critical care program, board eligible or certified, licensed, or able to become licensed to practice medicine in the state of New York, and committed to providing quality clinical care.

Currently, there are three community surgeons providing trauma care. A Trauma Medical Director is also being sought. The practice will entail acute care surgery and critical care.
