    JOB SUMMARY

    The Post Producer role has 3-5 years of experience in advertising or related video production/post- production field. He/she produces mid to high complexity corporate or client post-video projects in edit or animation with oversite of a direct manager. Must have the ability to partner and collaborate creatively with agency brand teams. He/she is interested in learning more about the production/post- production process, refining production expertise, and wants to advance his/her career in advertising/producing content.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Collaborate with brand teams to receive/review approved scripts/storyboards.

    Acts as main liaison between agency team and in-house studio team responsible for the execution of video post projects.

    Responsible for bidding, resourcing, maintaining timely production schedule, coordination of edit/animation team needs, managing postings, delivering brand/client feedback for incorporation, final delivery of video to agency lead and oversite of project wrap/archive.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    * Intake project brief with the agency team

    * Works with SRx leads to evaluate ask, develop budget and establish production timeline

    * Presents plan to agency team, adjusting as needed per budget/creative

    * Works with SRx Resourcing team to schedule post

    * Supervises post-production including managing reviews, incorporating feedback

    * Monitors job burn and issues overages as necessary

    * Delivers and wraps project, working with agency team and SRx business management for final billing

    * Oversees final project archiving

    EDUCATION

    DEGREE/DIPLOMA AREA OF STUDY REQUIRED/PREFERRED

    College Degree

    LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

    EXPERIENCE

    3 years Video Production

    Ad Agency Experience

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    * Knowledge of video editorial and 2D animation process is a must.

    * Knowledge of 3D animation, simple video shoot production, XR and illustration is a plus.

    * Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects in fast paced environment.

    * Must be willing to work nights and weekends if needed.

    * Must be willing to travel as needed.

    * Team player with leadership abilities.

    * Positive attitude. Must work well with others.

    SALARY

    65,000-85,000 annually
