    *Exciting Opportunity for a Maintenance Tech in Statesville, NC*_Join our dynamic team at a local company in Statesville NC, where we are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to fill an immediate opening._

    *Key Requirements** *Must have
    5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

    • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
    • Proven experience in working in a metal fabrication manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledgeable in metal fabrication equipment in our shop from welders, lasers, press brakes, CNC machining, stamping, saws, etc.
    • Ability to read prints efficiently.
    • Ability to use measuring devices to verify parts meet print, such as calipers, height gauges, tape measure, protractors, etc.
    • Must have a positive lead by example mentality.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    *Position Details:
    *Shift:
    • This is a 1st shift position, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 2:30 pm. Overtime as needed. This schedule provides a stable routine for work-life balance.
    *Compensation:
    • Competitive pay starting at $15 - $25 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and expertise.
    *Employment Type:
    • This is a Temp to Perm position, offering a potential long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
