    Marcum Search is working with a boutique, family law firm in the San Fernando Valley who has an immediate need for a Family Law Paralegal. The Family Law Paralegal will need to be onsite Monday – Friday.

    Responsibilities for Family Law Paralegal:

    • Drafts legal documents, formal discovery requests and responses, deposition notices, interrogatories, I&E's, SADs, motions and summaries of depositions.
    • Assists with locating and contacting witnesses, arranges for the interview and
    • of witnesses, drafts witness declarations in proceedings and pretrial
    • and assists with the preparation of witness testimony.
    • Compiles and organizes trial notebooks, exhibits and files and coordinate the
    • of witnesses, assists attorneys with witness issues, and exhibits.
    • Performs legal research including statutory and case law and drafts forms,
    • memoranda, proposed rules, orders and other documents.

    Qualifications for Family Law Paralegal:

    • 3+ years of family law experience.
    • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred.
