- Drafts legal documents, formal discovery requests and responses, deposition notices, interrogatories, I&E's, SADs, motions and summaries of depositions.
- Assists with locating and contacting witnesses, arranges for the interview and
- of witnesses, drafts witness declarations in proceedings and pretrial
- and assists with the preparation of witness testimony.
- Compiles and organizes trial notebooks, exhibits and files and coordinate the
- of witnesses, assists attorneys with witness issues, and exhibits.
- Performs legal research including statutory and case law and drafts forms,
- memoranda, proposed rules, orders and other documents.
- 3+ years of family law experience.
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred.
