Job summary

The HRIS Specialist will support the HRIS Manager in administering HR software for a workforce of 12,000+ employees.

The Specialist tracks project tasks and software changes, monitors software releases and roadmaps, documents system configuration and workflows, and assists with data cleaning efforts.

  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, tasks, and deadlines for HRIS initiatives.
  • Track progress and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
