Job summary
This is a dual-purpose position of both Proposal Writer and Contract Administrator. The position involves facilitating the proposal process, reading customer solicitations, determining proposal requirements, developing and ensuring compliance with company's proposal process, integrating writing from various sources to respond to RFIs/RFPs,,Assist with managing complex projects from inception through completion.Establish performance metrics and tracks progress on all proposals alert senior management at times of risk or lacking progress
Analyzing data and proactively identify potential conflicts.Read review dissects complex requests for proposal RFPs requests for quotation RFQs invitations to bid ITB request information RFI determine scope key requirements.
,Review contracts extracting critical details requires.Collaborate internal stakeholders Project Managers gather obtain necessary information clearly articulate winning strategy compelling solution.Research combine information multiple sources previous proposals into cohesive easy-to-read accurate final product.Effective interpersonal communication exceed customer service initiatives addressing customer needs requests.Prepare technical proposals under supervision Project Manager.Met strict deadlines establishing priorities target dates research writing editing reviews approvals.Prepare coordinate documents delivery -1 hour before deadline.Ability manage large volume workload maintaining high-level accuracy.Follow established Company policies procedures practices.
