- Collaborate with technical staff to gather and interpret technical information.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Creates manufacturing work instructions for new products to be released to production
- Write user manuals, how-to guides, installation instructions, and frequently asked questions pages to help technical and non-technical users.
- Create and maintain the information architecture, making it easy for users to find and understand the information they need.
- Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills.
- Work with cross-functional teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements.

- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a technical field, preferred
- Strong knowledge of technical writing principles, practices, and techniques
- Ability to understand and document complex technical concepts, processes, and systems
- Experience creating user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and online help systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread technical documents for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, support agents, and other stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Visio, and/or similar software
- Strong problem-solving
