    Introduction
    Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) Tech to join our team. The HSSE Tech at Frazer reports to the HSSE Manager, and is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, maintaining documentation, coordinating training, and reinforcing Frazer's safety culture.

    What Does a Week in the Life of the HSSE Tech Look Like?
    1. Assists with maintaining HSSE documentation, training records, and compliance reporting systems.
    2. Provides administrative support for HSSE initiatives, including conducting training sessions and scheduling training and tracking completion status via the LMS.
    3. Helps coordinate the inventory, distribution, and ordering of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other HSSE supplies.
    4. Enters and updates Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in VelocityEHS and processes new chemical SDS requests from departments.
    5. Supports incident reporting and investigations by entering data into VelocityEHS and tracking corrective actions as assigned.
    6. Participates in safety inspections, audits, and committee meetings by providing administrative and logistical support.
    7. Assists in coordinating waste stream disposal and maintaining related documentation.
    8. Provides day-to-day support to the HSSE Manager and team on assigned projects.
    9. Attends department huddles to assist in identifying HSSE concerns and corrective actions.
    10. Provides support to Human Resources in coordinating drug and alcohol testing and documenting incident-related information.
    Required Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2-4 years of HSSE experience
    Preferred Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a safety-related program preferred

    Of course, we didn't forget salary... Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $63,000 - $73,000 annually. depending on education, certifications, and experience.
    Work Schedule

    The HSSE TECH will work Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM- 11:00 AM. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
