    We are currently seeking an Information Security Analyst


    who will perform a variety of security-related activities on the Security Architecture and Engineering team, including security documentation, assessments, security automation, improving security monitoring, and overseeing remediation activities.

    Additionally, this role provides you with an opportunity to have a direct influence on the organization's ongoing security strategy and roadmap.


    To include, but not limited to:
    Develop, execute, and track the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and computer systems.
    Identify, define, and document system security requirements and recommend solutions.
    Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security software and hardware.
    Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.
    Participate in security strategy exercises and proactively recommend viable solutions.
    Maintain policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with the company's control requirements manual or related documentation.
    Support IT process audits, such as SOX-related activities.
    Identify, implement, and maintain security automation opportunities.
    Provide security consultation and guidance to the organization as appropriate.

    Collaborate with users to discuss computer data access needs, identify security threats and violations, and identify and recommend needed programming or process changes.

    Perform risk assessments, audits, and tests to ensure proper functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
    Safeguard system security, train users and promote security awareness.
    Identify and report security weaknesses and recommend modifications and improvements.

    Qualifications:


    A minimum of three to five years of IT or information security experience, with at least one year of security-related experience.

    Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
    Flexibility to work occasionally outside business hours to support security incident response, project work, or maintenance window activities.
    Experience with monitoring and responding to security alerts and incidents.
    A technical understanding of IT networks, server administration, and IT applications.
    Proficient, or able to gain proficiency with, various security software applications and tools.
    Thorough understanding of computer-related security systems such as firewalls, encryption, and password protection and authentication.

    Benefits and Compensation:
    This role will be based out of our New Brighton office with hybrid work flexibility. The pay range is $84,000 - $126,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
