12 month contract

Compensation:
$40-43/hr W2 + benefits


Overview:

Role is responsible for assisting with data and indirect programs in addition to assessment programs; energy efficiency programs moving into demand management and renewables.

This position has traditionally worked on two data programs that provide data to building owners at a building level as well as data to city stakeholders at a city block, city, and county level


Skills:
This is a Jr level role, we are focused on more of the non-technical skills listed below. Seeking 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar type role to upwards of 5 years; performing program management.

Performing program management or even having some leadership experience would be great.

Resources that have a background in/experience with budget ownership or have experience with having sales targets and reaching them, company incentives that theyve hit, etc.

Relevant education with marketing; promotion of marketing programs.

Any experience with marketing in the sense that this team has a very active level of promotion of programs and works very closely with marketing and communications departments.

Previous experience in regulated utility is nice to have. Should have experience with process/efficiency improvement. Targeting a min of bachelors degree, however, commensurate experience is fine. Marketing/communications and business administration.
