    Regional Marketing Manager, North America

    Overview

    PagerDuty is seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to own regional programming that drives pipeline growth for our North American market. Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams, this role adopts a data-driven and outcomes-focused approach to optimize pipeline contributions for North America. As a key member of the Global Demand Generation team, you will help scale our integrated demand generation efforts by activating regional/local programming to source, accelerate, and retain Enterprise revenue opportunities for PagerDuty.

    How you impact our vision:

    • Collaborate with the global marketing team to tailor and execute regional marketing plans that align with overall business and North American pipeline goals.
    • Partner closely with regional Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to pipeline targets.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, including tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables, to engage with future and current PagerDuty customers.
    • Collaborate with other Marketing functions like Global Campaigns, Account-Based Experiences, Corporate Events, and Performance Marketing to drive maximum impact across our marketing channels for pipeline creation.
    • Develop, maintain, and manage the Regional Marketing budget for North America in a strategic approach aligned to pipeline goals.
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis of regional marketing performance and program ROI, identifying opportunities for optimization.
    Basic Qualifications
    • 4+ years of experience in successfully executing B2B regional marketing programs, with a particular focus on event management
    • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration with Enterprise Sales teams
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of B2B marketing pipeline and funnel metrics
    • Ability to travel to regional events (up to 2-3 times per month)
    Preferred Qualifications
    • B2B SaaS background
    • Hands-on experience executing events, as well as through web, email, and digital marketing channels
    • Strong communication and copywriting skills across internal and external audiences
    The base salary range for this position is 120, ,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

    Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
