Job summary

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives. These are not call center roles – no scripts used; every day is different.

The individual will effectively deploy resources within the service organization to ensure service activities are appropriately aligned with contractual agreements,

  • directing large teams in the completion of highly variable work streams,
  • reducing potential scheduling conflicts that may delay resolution.
