    Could you be our next Associate Director, R&D Master Scheduling Lead? This position is located in our King of Prussia PA, Marburg Germany, Bern Switzerland or Broadmeadows Australia office.

    It is a Hybrid role.

    You will be responsible and empowered to help strengthen and support global R&D project and portfolio operational capabilities.

    Specifically, the position will collaborate with and support teams (drug and non-drug project teams) across R&D by contributing to strategic planning and providing guidance for schedule creation, utilization and management.

    Additionally, you will provide ongoing development of project management scheduling practices and methodologies while also contributing to the establishment of related PM standards and processes.

    This will include establishing training to imbed a 'master scheduling' capability within the RDPPM function.

    This is an important role in driving the advancement of CSL's Project Management capabilities, using appropriate systems and tools to support project management and portfolio excellence.

    The Master Scheduling Lead will report into the Head of R&D Project and Portfolio Operations.

    Responsibilities
    Incorporate resource management, probability of success, and scenario planning within capability as it matures
    Imbed 'master scheduling' capability as a foundational PM skill through development of training materials and programs
    Assess R&D our needs to establish a master scheduling capability.
    Introduce a change management plan to initiate and put emphasis on connection, collaboration and the need to elevate project management excellence, specific to master scheduling
    Develop training sessions on specific PM topics related to systems, tools and underlying processes.
    Support and strengthen PM Community of Practice and PM skills training.


    EXPERIENCE
    Undergraduate science/business degree in relevant discipline essential
    5-7 years' experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
    Working knowledge in drug research, development and manufacturing processes of pharmaceuticals (CMC, non-clinical, clinical, and regulatory).

    Minimum 3 years' experience as a project manager leading project teams in a matrixed, global environment, including those with complex technical, geographic, or regulatory elements.
