The process engineer I is an entry-level position that conducts projects to support the safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective lithium and other mineral development through the implementation of human performance improvement tools and engineering practices and principles.

The position applies technical expertise to complex projects and develops process enhancements. Collaborates with other engineers in maintaining design efficiencies, engineering and special projects relating to process and operations. Works closely with the team to advance lithium and mineral development.
