    What You'll Do:

    • Work directly with global product & commercial leadership to best match client needs with our product strategy
    • Lead & develop the global Solutions Architects team
    • Oversee top retailer pitches, solution designs and contract negotiations
    • Be the voice of the market in internal roadmap discussions, identify positioning & product gaps in Criteo's offering
    • Represent Criteo's Retail Media business both internally and externally

    Who You Are:

    • Fluent English speaker
    • Great people leader, able to lead a global team of senior contributors & build cross functional connections
    • Keen intellectual curiosity and ability to structure & solve difficult problems
    • Candidate needs to be autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiative and ownership to grow the business
    • Strong interpersonal skills. The success of the Solutions Director will greatly depend on their ability to build relationships with senior leadership & communicate effectively with Criteos & partners alike
    • Deep understanding of the retailer business & monetization challenges
    • Product management background is a plus
    • Experience in hybrid roles, commercial accountability is a plus

    The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
