Join our team Creative Powder Coating is looking for a detail oriented, organized, team player to fill our Front Office Assistant opening Our ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible, has a valid drivers license, and is fluent bilingual (Spanish). This position is full time, Monday through Friday. We will need your smiling face in our Crest Hill office every day, so please ensure the commute is doable before applying

What your day looks like: Arrive minutes prior to shift start and be ready to start at 8:30am. You'll be: checking customer orders in and out; answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and messenger; creating appointments; preparing daily production packets for our team; photographing completed jobs; and light housekeeping to maintain a tidy workspace. You will be one of the faces our customers see and interact with — A smile is the only uniform you need Your busy day will end at 4:30pm.

Each day has the chance to bring a new challenge than the day before — Meaning sometimes we need more help in certain areas on different days. Being flexible and able to jump in where needed is a HUGE bonus

Please note that this position requires a very strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude. All training is hands-on with our office team and office manager, any and all questions get answered right away You will sometimes be asked to lift upwards of 25lbs while checking out customer orders. This is a non-negotiable part of the job. Starting pay is based upon experience, but will be no less than $16-$23 per hour. After a probationary period you will be eligible for our 401k, PTO, employee discounts, and insurance programs.
