    SourceAmerica is searching for a Workforce Management Partner - Staffing Agency to join its team.

    You will lean into your background in Recruitment, Staffing and Vendor Management to identify, manage, then optimize relationships with regional and national staffing companies.

    You will also manage the workflow and efforts of recruitment consultants who will directly drive the sourcing and talent acquisition lifecycle for the NPAs, as needed.

    Your experience navigating and managing staffing agencies and vendors will allow you to become our liaison and 'go to person' for our key recruitment partners.

    You will tap into your rapport building skills to make connections and assist with relationship building between the NPAs and agencies.

    You will work to implement a suggested Service Level Agreement (SLA), metrics and reporting, offering insight to top producing vendors and any areas for performance improvement.

    You will also manage the initial review of contracts, partnering with legal to influence the full execution and/or renewal terms.

    Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 33,000+ people with disabilities nationally.

    As a Workforce Management Partner - Staffing Agency Management your work functions will include but are not limited to the following.

    Manage external staffing agency relationships, leading as primary liaison between agencies and the NPA (nonprofit agencies) network on sourcing and recruiting talent for AbilityOne positions.


    Manage recruitment consultants as needed, mentoring, and guiding their approach to finding talent, redirecting focus, and offering coaching, as needed.

    Collaborate to create or deliver relevant training content for NPAs.

    Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. 7 years of relevant business experience, including direct recruiting, staffing agency and vendor management.

    3 years of experience setting up Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and managing governance calls.

    3 years of experience creating excel reports, including summary tables and charts/graphs.

    10+ years relevant work business experience including, project management, staffing, or recruiting.

    We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes— experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.
