    Lead Performance Team
    Monitor lead sales, distribution trends, set goals, and grow lead distribution.
    Manage lead distribution to ensure desired inventory.
    Refine existing programs and develop new lead programs to better meet the market demands.
    Develop members of the LPT and focus on consistent growth.
    Position requires extensive telephone work.
    Represent the company at various marketing functions and conference calls.
    Data analysis to understand sales and generation trends.
    EDUCATION/BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

    :

    College education from an accredited, known University
    Leadership experience
    Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent
    Knowledge of leadership and motivation techniques
    NECESSARY SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

    Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
    Exhibit strong motivational, organizational, team building and leadership skills.
    Ability to advise and consult with agents during the purchase process of leads
    Ability to analyze and interpret data in regard to lead sales
    Ability to communicate and interact effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
    Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
    Position requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
