Job Summary
The Behavior Specialist/BCBA will provide behavioral services to middle and/or high school students.
They will also provide ongoing behavior related training to school staff and parents on, proactive behavior intervention strategies, de-escalation techniques, and ABA principles as a means of intervention.
They will serve as a Behavior Intervention Developer (BID) and provide targeted guidance and coaching for BIIs and school staff as it relates to data tracking and progress monitoring of identified student behavior.
