- Prepare material by aligning prior to installation.
- Use of hand, power, and soldering tools to complete duties
- Wire motor contactors, overloads, transformers, relays, timers, pushbuttons, and various switches (pressure/temp/level)
- Test units for functionality, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Reporting equipment malfunctions and collaborating with the Production Manager and engineering team to address any issues or assist with panel layouts and troubleshooting are vital aspects of the role.
- Previous experience in electrical panel assembly or a related field
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings, schematics, and diagrams
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, including band saws and drill presses
- Knowledge of motor control components and wiring techniques is preferred
