We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Compensation Analyst

to join our dynamic HR team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in administering, developing and advancing the company's compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of compensation principles.

Enthusiasm, diligence and accountability are must have attributes for this position. This position is a full-time on-site position in our Hunt Valley office.

Duties and responsibilities, include but not limited to the following:

Conduct salary surveys;

Benchmarking;

Respond to requests for compensation reviews and provide recommendations;

Maintenance of compensation and job data within HRIS systems;

Conduct compliance reviews and audits;

Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to review and evaluate job structures, competencies, and descriptions, as well as EEO-1 categories;

Administer compensation programs, such as annual increases, incentive plan, and rewards and recognition;

Support in the administration and implementation of new compensation practices and policies or revisions to existing programs;

Analyze data and prepare reports, models and recommendations;

Provide data and system support in other functional areas of human resources, such as benefits administration, HR reporting, and personnel records;

Other tasks / projects as assigned.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related program of study.

HR Generalist background, including experience with compensation work, HRIS systems, and regular use of Excel (including creating formulas, VLOOKUP's and pivot tables.

Strong information analysis, research, problem solving and communication skills.

Must maintain strict confidentiality.
