    Position Overview:
    The Specialist provides administrative services to the department with a focus on servicing all aspects of client contracts and service fulfillment

    Essential Job Functions:


    Work directly with the Director and Senior staff on fulfillment of all sponsorship agreementsWork in direct communication with sponsors and advertising partners on details of sponsorship and ways to enhance partnerships.

    Assist the department with sales proposal preparation, hospitality event planning and servicing, collateral update and maintenance.
    Develop reports in support of marketing and corporate sales efforts.
    Responsible for sending out data to clients, receiving and processing orders and arranging delivery of tickets.
    Works with the operations department to assist in fulfilling needs of the corporate sales department.
    Attend corporate sales events and sponsor promotions as required.
    Provide administrative support to the corporate sales department.
    Assist in game night sponsorship activation for sponsors as needed.
    With the coordination and cooperation of Account Executives in the team group, handles all aspects of contract fulfillment.
    Handling all ticket requests and distribution to and from clients and guests of clients as needed.
    Coordinate on-field activities which includes the set-up, organization and communication of client requests to appropriatestaff.
    Manage all parties, events and food and beverage requests made by clients. This includes site inspection and meet-and-greet when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
    Assists and supports staff with presentations; and items related to presentations.
    Aids in the contract process from obtaining internal information (i.e. signatures), to contract execution, to fulfillment, and filing.
    Fulfills and helps with sales leads/renewals.
    Assists with scheduling and coordination of certain off-season events.
    Attends initial and conceptual meetings with sales team to offer activation insight to future partnerships.

    ExperienceOne to two full years working in a sport's organization fulfilling client requests and handling client servicesExcellent written and oral communication skillsTwo years of demonstrated direct service experienceExperience in ticket/sponsorship or group sales a plusStrong knowledge of Excel and PowerPointCollege degree in related fieldJob Questions:
