What You Will Do
+ Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses CNAs and Medication Aids where applicable + Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments + Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes ensuring safety comfort continuity of care + Support activities of daily living + Maintain clear timely documentation + Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams families + Adhere to infection control safety standards to protect your residents teammates
