Role Description
KERAMIDA Inc. is seeking a passionate and driven Health & Safety Specialist to join our dynamic consulting team.
This position offers the unique opportunity to work across a wide range of health and safety disciplines in both field and office settings, supporting clients across diverse industries.
Whether you're just starting out in your safety career or building on a few years of experience, this role provides hands-on exposure to everything from site audits and compliance assessments to industrial hygiene sampling and safety program development.
You'll work closely with seasoned professionals, develop technical expertise, and receive support in pursuing certifications like ASP, CSP, or CIH, all within a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-focused environment.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 0–5 years of professional experience in safety, health, or industrial hygiene.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from a team of experts.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Comfort in industrial environments and ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and climb ladders.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, project management software tools, and the ability to adapt to software programs as needed to prepare reports.
Preferred:
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience in consulting or multi-site client support.
- Exposure to sampling equipment and/or IH lab procedures.
