Cleared Network Administrator - New Orleans, United States - Piper Companies

Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join a 7-year DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy located in New Orleans, LA

. The Network Admin will be responsible for configuration changes/new configurations of router, switches, firewalls as well as troubleshooting and handling incident escalations for network outages.

Responsibilities for the Network Administrator include:

• Assist with Network Admin support
• Help resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues
• Work directly with Marines, Government Civilians, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Meet service goals by opening and closing tickets, executing scripts, and answering calls

Required Qualifications for the Network Administrator include:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance
• 8-10+ Years of IT experience, strong networking background required
• Active IAT II Certification (Security+) and CCNA
• Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and support for IT devices

Compensation for the Network Administrator include:

Salary Range:
$90,000-1$20,000 depending on years of experience and certifications
