Luxury market catering to a wealthy client base

Flexible 12-18 Hours per week. M-F Only – No nights or weekends

A professional construction company is seeking a customer service representative to perform general clerical duties, and online scheduling coordination.

MUST-HAVE Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Current computer skills with relevant software experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General office duties
  • Arrange and confirm appointments and installations
  • Provide scheduling support for design staff and installation teams
  • Engage with customers over the phone
  • Manage CRM
