Flexible 12-18 Hours per week. M-F Only – No nights or weekends

A professional construction company is seeking a customer service representative to perform general clerical duties, and online scheduling coordination.
MUST-HAVE Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Current computer skills with relevant software experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General office duties
- Arrange and confirm appointments and installations
- Provide scheduling support for design staff and installation teams
- Engage with customers over the phone
- Manage CRM
