This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but is separate from McDonald's USA.Managers lead shifts every week making sure customers get fast accurate friendly experience every visit or may lead Departments managing assigned Systems like Training Food Safety and Inventory Management setting goals delegating tasks following up reporting results back to their team and other managers.
The Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include making sure Crew deliver great customer experience sales promotions are done well service staff are trained in procedures Front Counter McCafé Drive-Thru areas organized for the best service.
The Kitchen Department Managers responsibilities include delivering quality food fast safe controlling costs training kitchen staff production procedures including new items added to menu,
- Previous managerial experience preferred ideally within restaurant retail or hospitality environment
- We re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like have fun passion work famously fast paced McDonald s environment
- You must be years old manager our corporate owned operated restaurants
