    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Document Management Specialist , you will have the opportunity to grow and learn through a highly dynamic and innovative environment.

    You will join the Document Management team as a senior member. The team is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and implementing the various Document Management systems used by the bank.

    The primary focus is ensuring the smooth and stable operation of these systems and implementing upgrades and fixes preventing obsolescence.

    The ideal candidate will get involved in new projects, onboarding new business areas, consulting with developers and business users, working with them to design, deploy and deliver new configuration to support the banks initiatives.

    To this end, we are seeking candidates who will contribute to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning.

    We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
    Being a key team member to steer the delivery of the Document Management BluePrint.
    Leads projects to deliver relevant document management transformation initiatives that contribute to the strategic vision and objectives.
    Collaborates with cross-functional teams, to ensure an integrated and seamless delivery process.

    Delivering 5x9s product availability as the default for all critical Document Management services, and providing out of hours support on a rota basis approximately one week every five weeks.

    Reports vulnerabilities and provides recommendations.
    Manages risk by addressing obsolescence, vulnerabilities, and patching.
    Analyses changes with regards to risk and impact to availability.
    Tests and supports the monitoring of working environments and their maintenance.
    Reviews and recommends improvements to existing Document Management procedures.
    Oversees configuration and base lining activities of project items.
    Works with team in development, upgrades and maintenance of Document Management projects.
    Provide support to management in conducting meetings and maintaining project schedules.
    EXPERIENCE+ 6 years of related experience.
    EDUCATIONUniversity degree in technology, preferably in computer science.

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEExtensive experience in installation, upgrades and configuration of IBM Content Manager, IBM Content Manager On Demand and IBM FileNet.

    IBM Storage Protect installation and configuration expertise.
    Experience in Capture and OCR technologies.
    Good knowledge of Linux and Windows admin, scripting, and automation.

    Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.

    Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
    Experience with at least one programming or scripting language preferably Java and/or VB.NetHands-on knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
    Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varied audiences.
    Ability to manage tasks and prioritize work effectively.
    Knowledge of technical aspects of a software product; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.

    Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.

    Knowledge of the current situation or issue at hand; ability to take full personal responsibility or ownership for assignments, activities, decisions and results.

    Some Spanish Knowledge would be a nice to have.
    IBM DB2 configuration and knowledge would be a nice to have.
    IBM Websphere configuration would be a nice to have.
    ECS Storage exposure would be a nice to have.
    Configuration experience in Dynatrace would be a nice to have.

    Knowledge of installation and configuration of Kofax Capture with KCNS, KTM and Import Connector would be a nice to have along with batch class development expertise.
