    The RN Coordinator ensures the residents of Bickford receive superior quality care, Bickford's processes are followed and maintains regulatory compliance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS


    Responsibilities:

    • Works with caregivers to ensure the principles of assisted living and Bickford's culture are integrated into all aspects of resident care
    • Maintain regulatory compliance
    • Communicate proactively and effectively with residents/families to enhance their engagement
    • Ensure residents receive medications/treatments as prescribed by their physician
    • Coordinate health care services with external care providers and physicians to ensure resident needs are met
    • Make recommendations to the RNC for quality external care providers in the community

    Qualifications:

    • RN license
    • Willing to take additional training or education which may be required by specific states.
    • CPR and First Aid certifications required
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
    • Competent in organizational, time management skills
    • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

    Covid-19, TB) and using designated PPE when required.
