    Business Development Representative

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Business Development Representative at ECI.

    As a Business Development Representative with ECI, your key responsibilities will revolve around leveraging your exceptional relationship-building abilities, effective communication skills, and innate curiosity to unearth crucial business needs. You will play a vital role in contributing to the success of the Regional Sales team by prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads. Your expertise in identifying and nurturing new business prospects from various sources, including inbound marketing leads and prospect lists, will be instrumental in fueling our growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with small and mid-sized businesses via multiple channels like telephone, email, & social media to identify opportunities where our ERP software solutions can address critical business challenges and foster growth.
  • Conduct thorough discovery and research to locate decision-makers and establish meaningful connections that lead to successful outcomes.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce to record and monitor your progress towards achieving your goals.

    This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup from one of our offices.

    Qualifications:

  • Comfort with cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage potential buyers within the target market.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of high-achieving sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Sales-related certifications (preferred but not required).
  • ERP experience (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing goals.
