- Conduct accounting and reporting tasks for multiple Development Projects
- Manage various legal agreements including Loan Agreement, Partnership Agreement, Development Management Agreement, and Property Management Agreement
- Execute month-end close and reporting duties, encompassing the preparation and scrutiny of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, Tax, and Cash
- Establish new development projects, oversee project budget monitoring and communication, and analyze actual costs
- Assist in ad hoc projects such as accounting system implementation and new process establishment.
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting
- CPA motivated
