    Overview:


    Enterris Associates is at the forefront of providing top-tier consulting and project management solutions across various sectors including Aviation, Education, and Commercial Real Estate.

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator, proficient in a broad range of cost estimating and management responsibilities.

    This role is critical for direct engagement in the preparation and review of construction cost estimates and ensuring our projects meet financial and quality benchmarks.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Independently perform detailed cost estimating at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all phases of the project lifecycle.

    Produce and present comprehensive final cost plans to clients, highlighting key cost drivers and potential savings.
    Conduct cost assurance of third-party estimates, including detailed report writing and presentation to stakeholders.
    Lead cost management on significant projects, ensuring adherence to budget and client satisfaction.
    Engage in all aspects of procurement, from pre-qualification through to contractual document compilation.
    Effectively manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes, maintaining budget integrity.
    Generate and present monthly cost reports to clients, offering insights and strategies for value optimization.
    Participate in benchmarking studies and utilize parametric benchmark data for feasibility studies and cost planning.
    Work closely with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, contributing to the firm's growth and service diversification.


    Required Qualifications & Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
    At least 10 years of full-time paid professional experience in cost estimation
    Demonstrated experience in developing conceptual and pre-construction cost estimates for complex projects, particularly in school building and aviation sectors.
    Proficiency in fast-paced cost estimation and a deep understanding of local construction labor and material costs.

    Extensive experience in change order scope development and cost estimation, with an ability to independently identify and negotiate cost differences.

    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex cost-related concepts to a diverse audience.
