    What You Can Expect As a Landowner and Community Outreach Coordinator, you will support the ongoing operations of ENGIE North America's renewable development, construction and operation teams, strategically communicating between multiple facets of the business unit including the Marketing team, the Developers the Development Coordinators (Account Payable), the Government and Regulatory group, the Land team (Development) and the Land team (Operations) respectively.

    You will communicate the efforts of each team with the community and landowners involved.

    You report directly to the Director of Land Acquisition but may be assigned tasks and special projects by other members of the team from time to time.

    Establish and maintain relationships with landowners and community members to promote understanding and collaboration of renewable projects Conduct outreach activities, such as organizing community meetings, Landowner Dinners and information sessions to educate landowners and community members about upcoming happenings on the project in question and amongst their community Work closely with land agents, in-house legal team, development and operations to keep on current community involvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and policies related to renewable energy development and share this information with landowners and community members Process and track multiple task list for multiple projects Work with land agents, project manager and in-house marketing team for all Landowner communications Represent the company in public at events with landowners and community members

    What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of technical training in which you completed courses in marketing, communications, public speaking, public relations, or related fields Being timely, consistent, reliable and have a positive approach to your work Knowledge of farming, ranching, land and environment Attention to detail, being consistent, dependable and able to shift priorities with minimal notice reliable Manage time efficiently, show pride in work and promotes a positive attitude around the office, display willingness to help others Ability to ensure understanding of assignments and move forward with executing assignments with minimal oversight and some independence Able to proactively communicate when assigned deadlines or work tasks need to be adjusted to achieve established goals

    Additional Details This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy Must be available to travel domestically up to 60% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE's policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

    Compensation Salary Range:
    $53,900 - $83,375 USD annually

    This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

    In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
