- Preparing and drafting legal documents (entity formations, contracts, etc.)
- Continuously building a current working knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to our clients
- Able to conduct research regarding applicable topics and regulations
- Communicating with varies agencies and filing of necessary documentation
- Monitoring communications from clients at all times
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing law
- Juris Doctor Degree from an Accredited Law School
- Active member in good standing with the California Bar Association
