    We are a growing mental and behavioral health company based in Arizona's East Valley that is currently looking for qualified individuals to join our growing team. We are looking to add new office locations in Gilbert, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Queen Creek.     The Position:
    We're looking for a Marketing/Communication Specialist candidate to undertake our marketing, outreach, communications, and branding effort. In addition, promote the mission and goal of the company leading to greater market reach, increased referral base, and growth in patient recruitment and volume.

    The "ideal" candidate will have the following qualities: friendly, personable, engaging, works well with others (true team player, disciplined, able to multi-task, fast learner, receptive to feedback, organized, proficient on medical/mental/behavioral verbiage, and able to navigate social media proficiently.

    Compensation:The pay for this position is negotiable and based on experience in marketing and communications working in the medical field, specifically mental/behavioral health.
    Essential Duties:
    The candidate will help promote the company mission, brand, referral base, and various service lines using skills and creativity in:

    Social Media Marketing:
    • Manage social media daily.
    • Manage content creation for, budget and schedule for all paid social campaigns.
    • Reviewing data and providing insights to the executive team wherever applicable.
    • Contribute to high-level campaign strategy RE demographics targeting, web retargeting, and contributing fresh, innovative, and qualitative ideas.
    • Stay up-to-date on current social media and digital marketing trends.
    Email marketing:
    • Manage Email creation daily.
    • Manage the creation of all email campaigns.
    • Work with stakeholders to gather the most up-to-date content for all email populations.
    • Review data and provide insights to the Marketing manager wherever applicable.
    • Contribute to high-level email campaign strategy.
    • Manage email automation including lead scoring, journey, and email creation in Pardot.
    Content creation and Brand Management:
    • Manage media projects with photographer/videographer, graphic designers, and marketing assistant.
    • Manage communication initiatives, programs, and projects through analysis, planning, creation, and development of materials/content.
    • Think creatively.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing and content trends.
    • Website management and content production.
    • Actively participate in the development of new ideas or improvements in the process workflow.

    Requirements:
    • Experience working within the medical, mental, and behavioral fields.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of marketing and graphic design Experience with Photoshop and InDesign
    • Experience with HTML experience (Dreamweaver)
    • Experience with Microsoft Outlook
    • Experience with Google products
    • Experience with MS Excel
    • Experience with Zoom
    • Experience with International student recruitment, engagement, and retention.
    • Experience with Email marketing, automation, and data analysis.
    • Exceptional organizational and basic project management skills.
    • Experience with Blogging, website content management
    • Experience with Conducting online forums and market research
    • Proficient in English (oral and written).
    • Strong communication and people skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
    • Greet and welcome guests.
    • Answer questions and address complaints.
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
    • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
    • Check, sort, and forward emails.
    • Keep updated records and files.
    • Take up other duties as assigned.
    • Assisting with medical office procedures as needed (training is provided).
    • Regular activities require the ability to quickly change priorities which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
    • Ability to clearly communicate to perform essential functions.
    • Regular use of standard office equipment including, but not limited to: computer workstation/laptop (keyboard, monitor, mouse), printer, fax, calculator, copier, telephone, and associated computer/technology peripherals.
    • Receives regular review of completed tasks for the achievement of established objectives.

    The Location:
    • Interview will take place at our Gilbert, AZ office.
    • Candidate must be willing to travel to other office locations.
