    is hiring a

    Construction Logistics Coordinator

    specializing in manufacturing facility projects to join our team for an exciting project in South Carolina.
    Construction Site Experience Required

    Must be a citizen of the USA


    Acts as the intermediary between the installation contractor, OEMs, and the project management team to facilitate and support installation activities through efficient logistics coordination.

    Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the installation contractor, OEMs, and the project management team for all logistics-related matters pertaining to installation activities.

    Coordinate closely with the installation contractor and OEMs to plan, organize, and execute logistics activities in support of installation activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

    Ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials, and supplies required for installation activities, coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers as necessary.

    Monitor inventory levels and manage storage facilities to ensure adequate availability of materials and equipment for installation activities while minimizing excess inventory and storage costs.

    Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in installation activities to address logistics challenges, resolve issues, and optimize logistics processes.

    Track and document logistics activities, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment, and provide regular updates to project management and relevant stakeholders.

    Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in logistics operations, implementing measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements related to logistics activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in supply chain, construction or related field preferred
    3 plus years of experience in a similar logistics coordinator role at a construction site
    Proven track record of success in timely delivery of equipment, materials and supplies
    High level of communication and collaboration skills and experience
    Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance to regulations
    Effective oral and written communication skills
    Experienced in construction of large manufacturing facilities preferred
