NOC – Analyst / Slack ChatOps Support (2nd shift)
You will provide Slack ChatOps support for technical processes and operations. Our User community will range from our Customer Service Reps to high-level technology engineers.
The successful candidate will provide Slack/ChatOps live support to Users across an organization of 10,000+ employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Professional experience of 2-5+ years in IT Network / Data Center Operations as a Network Operations Infrastructure Analyst NOC Operator / Helpdesk Support / Technical Support Specialist...
Experience supporting hardware and/or software in a workplace environment.
Foundational Knowledge / experience working with the following: ServiceNow ticketing system, Confluence / JIRA, IP knowledge (subnetting and general IP concepts), Light Active Directory experience, Basic Security / Password reset troubleshooting.
Experience performing shiftwork in a large-scale, team-oriented, cross-organizational Network Operations Center environment (NOC).
Strong communication skills, with a knack for explaining technical concepts in simple terms to a non-technical audience using various modalities (e.g. phone, email, and chat).
A four-year college education emphasizing computer science, engineering, telecommunications, business administration, or a related technical discipline.
Minor certifications in core technologies are desirable.
Must be willing to work in-person at our service center office in Rancho Bernardo CA.
-This position will requires working 3rd shift (3 pm – midnight on Fri / Sat / Sun / Mon / Tuesday)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Streaming knowledge for games using MS Teams or other applications
BigPanda / Event management systems experience
Splunk/ Datadog (Basic Knowledge)
API concepts and applications (Basic Knowledge)
ITIL experience (Incident Management / Problem Management / Change Management)
AWS knowledge / Kubernetes / or any other cloud technology
SDLC processes
Familiarity with open-source technologies
SQL (ability to write/run queries)
Perl / Scripting
