Rocky Mountain State/Territory: Department: Ops Corporate Analysts Dept Description Corporate Project Change Manager POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Change Manager to join our Corporate PMO department.
This role will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders and project teams to plan, monitor, and support integration of change management activities into project plans.
The chosen candidate will focus changes within projects to business processes, systems and technology.The design of efficient and effective communications, work processes, as well as the pursuit of continuous improvement, including assessment of change management strategies, will be expected.
This position is posted in Boise, Hailey and Denver but, can work remotely from any location in the U.S. (Please note in the application where you prefer to be located).Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement a Change Management strategy to integrate into our existing PM framework + Apply a structured methodology and lead project change management activities + Partner with Corporate Project Managers, Business Analysts, Training, and Corporate Communications to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and increased benefits realization + Conduct change management readiness and stakeholder assessments to understand the current organizational landscape, potential challenges, and change drivers within assigned projects + Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor + Provide direct support and coaching to department managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions + Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics + Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes + Lead the execution of change management plans and strategies + Consult with and coach project teams in change management techniques + Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
