    Job Description

    Eurest is hiring immediately for a Catering Attendant position. This role requires delivering and serving food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.

    The successful candidate will ensure accurate execution of all events during their shift, may drive a catering delivery truck, and set up and serve at functions. They will also clean event areas during and after events, break down setups, and leave areas neat and clean.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
    • Log and maintain food temperatures.
    • Arrange tables and decorations.
    • Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
    • Serve food and beverages to guests.
    • Thoroughly clean locations after events are completed.
    • Returns food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
    • Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
    • Stock, clean, and maintain catering facilities and equipment.
    • Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menus and products on hand.
    • Maintain clean and safe work environments.
    • Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times.

    Requirements:

    • A valid driver's license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
