    JOB SUMMARY
    • The Head of Treasury is responsible for overseeing and managing the team to deliver all day to day treasure activity. The role will need to ensure that all treasury activity is completed to a high standard, and identify and lead efficiency projects to further improve its operations.
    • In addition, the role will be a key stakeholder in Finance and Company wide projects, particularly those relating to Legal Entities, Commercial processes and cash management.
    JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead a team of four, including two Direct Reports
    • Global cash management for 250+ entities across 3 separate groups including management of 600+ bank accounts in 25 countries, including a multi-currency cash pool
    • Issuance of bank guarantees and performance bonds
    • Short-term cash forecasting and weekly intercompany funding
    • $2-3bn of secured debt across syndicate facilities and issued notes
    • FX and interest rate risk management and bank counterparty risk
    • Debt covenant compliance and monitoring of long-term forecasts
    • Lead and/or support as treasury point of contact projects in the finance function and Company wide
    • Develop improvements to the use of IT systems, including banking platforms, FIS Integrity and the Treasury Management System, and work with ISIT colleagues and or providers to suggest and implement updates
    • Deliver and oversee delivery of internal (management) and external (debt covenant, related party) reporting and ensure aligned with SOX and other relevant compliance requirements
    • Responsible for the transition to a new cash management provider including setting up a multi-currency (USD, NOK, and GBP) notional cash pooling structure. This will involve liaising with internal and external project teams and ensuring all requirements are delivered.
    • Responsible for overall bank account management including regional banking requirements and capital controls requirements, and intercompany loan management and recording
    • Responsible for the day to day management of our Related Parties including debt, cash management and cash forecasting.
    • Owner of treasury banking partner relationships, including focus on cash management, debt and risk management

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    Essential
    • Minimum of 7-8 years of international treasury experience in fast paced environment
    • In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting regulations, legislation and best practices
    • Strong ability to work with financial data and analytics
    • Proficient in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience leading a team
    • Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

    • Use of Treasury and reporting systems Experience in a global multi-currency complex business
    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
    Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
    Preferred
    • Treasury specific qualifications - AMCT, MCT, CFA or Accounting qualification
