    Licensed Therapist

    We are growing

    Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Group that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services in Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic Licensed Therapists to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services.

    This position will coordinate care for clients with dual diagnoses, substance use, general mental health, serious mental illness, and physical health conditions. In this capacity the Licensed Clinician is responsible for providing a variety of outpatient therapy services to clients with mental illness, addiction disorders, trauma effects, and chronic conditions. This role will work in conjunction with other interdisciplinary team members to provide a continuum of services designed to aid in the clients recovery goals and enhance outcomes.

    Primarily responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements
    • Assessing for risk of harm to self and others
    • Complete initial and ongoing assessments of clients assigned to your panel
    • Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms)
    • Evaluation of physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client
    • Refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health and evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entunes values.

    Independently Licensed clinicians will conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other IBHP requirements of BHT level staff.

    ??Qualifications and Education Requirements?:

    • Masters degree in counseling, social work, or related field
    • Active License in the state of Arizona
    • Independently Licensed clinician (highly preferred not required)
    • Bilingual (preferred) Annual Bonus Provided
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
    • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
    • Strong organizational skills and communication skills
    • Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
    • Specialty certification(s) - Annual Bonus Provided.
    • Experience working with First Responders (Military, Fire, Police, EMS) a plus.

    *Qualifying licensing would include (but not limited to): LCSW, LAC, LMSW, LPC, LASAC, LISAC, LMFT
