Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through selling activities, including cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, educational in-services, and driving market share and sales growth.

You will target primarily wound care centers with some private practices.

ProductsActiGraft products are autologous, point-of-care wound management systems created from your patient's whole blood to support the natural healing process.

Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Red Dress products deliver the healing power of advanced biologic products at an economically viable price to heal wounds effectively.

Minimum Requirements2+ years of medical device sales experience required with strong intangibles and sales success.
Experience calling on Outpatient Wound Care settings is preferred.
Start-up and product launch experience is preferred.

Willingness to travel up to 30%.Job RequirementsDevelop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives, including analyzing key sales and marketing data to determine the opportunities in the territory.

For all targeted accounts, understand the customer's environment, including who the clinical, financial, and other key decision makers are, their key issues/concerns, including challenges and opportunities for Red Dress.

Ensures timely advancement of the sale process with all targeted accounts achieving/exceeding the annual minimum required contract commitments.
Research and resolve reimbursement issues for customers, working within established policies and guidelines.
Utilize key scientific studies to advance the customers' knowledge of the properties, results, and outcomes of the company's products.
Knowledgeable of competitive activity and sales volume in each targeted account.
