Ricerchiamo un* Sales Associate da inserire in uno dei nostri stores di Modena. Quindi, se ti appassiona lidea di lavorare in un contesto aziendale internazionale, stimolante e inclusivo il cui obiettivo la soddisfazione dei nostri Clienti, se ti stimola lidea di entrare a far parte di un Team motivato e orientato al raggiungimento dei risultati, candidati per questa opportunit

Responsabilit:

Il/la Sales Associate, riportando all* Store Manager si occuper delle seguenti attivit:

Assistere i/le nostr* Clienti, soddisfando le loro esigenze e garantendo loro uneccellente esperienza allinterno dello store;
Apprendere e condividere le conoscenze relative ai prodotti e alle tendenze, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze della clientela;
Stimolare le vendite garantendo la corretta implementazione degli standard aziendali di Visual Merchandising in collaborazione con il dipartimento di Visual Merchandising.
Contribuire a creare ad un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e positivo.

Qualifiche:

Buone capacit comunicative ed empatiche per coinvolgere i/le Clienti e garantire loro uneccellente Customer Experience;
Attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
Approccio curioso e proattivo;
Buone capacit di problem solving;
Flessibilit e disponibilit al lavoro festivo e nel week-end;
Iscrizione alla lista delle Categorie Protette (Legge 68/99).
