Job Summary
As we scale, we're looking for a Talent Sourcer (Supercomputing/ML) to build and own some of the most high-leverage, relationship-driven parts of our recruiting function. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a company poised to become the next NVIDIA.
To maintain our competitive edge as we scale toward production and commercial launch, we're expanding our team with a data-driven and inventive technical sourcer focused on G&A and GTM hiring. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to identify, engage, and build pipelines of exceptional operators across finance, legal, people, operations, sales, marketing, and go-to-market leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-talent-density environments and loves the hunt — especially when it means finding world-class operators before they ever hit the market.
We are open to both full time San Jose and remote contract for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy across priority G&A and GTM roles including Finance, People, Legal, Ops, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and RevOps
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, events, research, and creative outreach
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, ideal profiles, and search strategy
Develop market maps for high-impact operator roles and leadership searches
Run high-volume, high-signal outbound campaigns with thoughtful personalization
Track sourcing performance, conversion rates, and funnel health
Continuously experiment with new sourcing channels, tools, and techniques
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch onward
You may be a good fit if you have
Have 3+ years of experience sourcing G&A or GTM talent in highly competitive markets
Have deep experience sourcing operators at high-growth startups or top-tier tech companies
Are highly resourceful and love finding exceptional candidates beyond obvious platforms
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building sourcing engines from scratch
Are detail-oriented, organized, and operationally strong
Care deeply about candidate experience and employer brand
Love working in high-velocity environments with extremely high hiring bars
Strong candidates may also have experience with (Nice-to-have qualifications)
Experience sourcing in frontier tech, AI, hardware, or deep tech companies
A track record of building pipelines for senior operators and leadership roles
Strong business acumen and curiosity across finance, sales, and operations
Experience sourcing in both startup and scaled environments

How we're different
Etched believes in the Bitter Lesson. We think most of the progress in the AI field has come from using more FLOPs to train and run models, and the best way to get more FLOPs is to build model-specific hardware. Larger and larger training runs encourage companies to consolidate around fewer model architectures, which creates a market for single-model ASICs.
We are a fully in-person team in San Jose (Santana Row), and greatly value engineering skills. We do not have boundaries between engineering and research, and we expect all of our technical staff to contribute to both as needed.
