    Auto Auction Lot Operations Associate at AutoNation Auto Auction Atlanta

    The Auction Lot Operations Associate collaborates with the auction team to manage vehicles for sale, review work completed, and ensure a smooth sale line-up and operational flow.

    • Check vehicles dropped off at auction and oversee delivery.
    • Complete initial vehicle stock-in by entering or scanning VIN, adding vehicle details like color and mileage, and placing windshield stickers.
    • Provide check-in forms to the vehicle registration desk daily.
    • Verify correct windshield stickers and vehicle positions on the lot.
    • Coordinate with Operations and Reconditioning teams for vehicle logistics.
    • Move vehicles to designated auction lot locations.
    • Follow safety procedures and regulations to maintain workplace safety.
    • Assist on sale days with lane coordination, vehicle location, and moving or starting vehicles.
    • Perform additional job duties per management's instructions.

    Requirements for the role:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to multitask effectively.
    • Physical capabilities such as standing, walking, reaching, stooping, and crouching may be necessary.
    • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Basic computer skills; experience with portable terminals or tablets is preferred.
    • Capability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
    • Valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record.
