    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Operations Supervisor. This role will be a pivotal member of our supervisory team.

    This position will Supervise our transportation team, Supervise / Oversee Our Airline Crew Reservation Processes, Manage the Made Market, & integrate with & assist the front desk team.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Airline Process Management:
    Monthly Manifest Reservation input.
    Daily Airline Reconciliations.
    Daily R&I Balancing.
    Complaint Follow-up & Resolution.
    Training/Coaching/Oversight of Front Desk Airline Champions.


    Transportation Management:
    Schedule Transportation Team.
    Transportation team labor control.
    Assist with coverage for any scheduling gaps.
    Manage daily workflow of Transportation Team.

    Maintain Vehicles (Scheduled maintenance, cleaning, & emergency repairs).Maintain Shuttle Department Documentation (Mileage Logs, Daily Checklists, Gas Receipts).Assist in the Hiring Process.

    Payroll time card approval & Incentive tracking for transportation team.


    Made Market Management:
    Monthly Inventory.
    Ensure Routine Stocking.
    Weekly Orders.
    Product Selection.


    Front Desk Assistance:
    Training & Coaching of Front Desk Agents.
    Liaison between transportation & Front desk.
    Inventory & Orders.


    Requirements:
    Previous Front Desk Supervisory Experience at a similar size and brand property.
    Must have open availability as the needs of the hotel will determine scheduling.

    Possession of valid driver's license and evidence of insurabilityDriving record that is acceptable per our current insurance carrier guidelinesBenefits:
