    Clinical Endpoint Engineer - 100% Remote within the Providence footprint of states (WA, OR, CA, MT, NM, TX, AK)

    Clinical Endpoint Engineers maintain and optimize PCs used medical device systems, medical devices, and other PCs critical to patient care.

    In addition, they support IT infrastructure to ensure those PCs operate as desired, reliably and securely.

    Your endpoint management expertise and ability to troubleshoot issues will be critical in ensuring patient safety and uninterrupted care delivery.

    We require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve overall IT performance.

    Required Qualifications:

    Five years:
    Related experience; more preferred.
    Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
    Experience with n-tier solutions.

    Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).

    Experience influencing software engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations.

    Experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements.
    Good experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Experience in problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in a Healthcare environment.
    Experience in the healthcare environment.
    MEMCM (SCCM) experience.
    Reporting experience.
    Understands the details of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
    Works in the agile methodology.

    Salary Range by location:
    *hourly listed – position is salaried
    Southern California (except Bakersfield), NorCal (Humboldt)
